• full or part time student enrolled in any undergraduate or postgraduate program at UniSC
• a current or potential member of UniSC’s male or female UBL team as demonstrated by past participation in UBL or through state representation in basketball in the previous 5 years
• domestic and international students are eligible to apply

• identifying as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person
• enrolled full-time in any undergraduate program at UniSC (or part-time, where there are exceptional circumstances preventing full-time enrolment)
• has not previously completed the requirements of an undergraduate program
• evidence of financial need
• relocating from a rural, regional or remote area to study at UniSC (UniSC Indigenous Relocation Costs Scholarships only)

• students commencing Honours study at UniSC
• enrolled as a Commonwealth supported student in any 'end-on' Honours program (e.g. not an embedded Honours or Professional Honours program)
• not already in receipt of a UniSC merit scholarship or a UniSC Honours or postgraduate Indigenous Scholarship for Honours year of study.

• enrolled in either a full-time Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), Bachelor of Criminology and Justice (Honours) or a 1 year ‘End-on’ Honours program at UniSC
  • students enrolled in a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), or Bachelor of Criminology and Justice (Honours) must be commencing in their 4th year (Honours component) of study
  • students enrolled in a 1 year ‘End-on’ Honours program must be commencing in their program
• not already in receipt of a UniSC merit scholarship or a UniSC Honours or Postgraduate scholarship for their Honours year of study
